ILFA welcomes four new professionals at the beginning of the year

The new year has started well and after everyone has shouted the obligatory “Happy New Year” to each other, we could also devote ourselves to our daily tasks again. This year, too, we have set ourselves ambitious goals. It is therefore very fitting that a new colleague and three new colleagues are actively supporting us at the Hanover location right at the beginning of the year.

The new colleagues will strengthen us in purchasing, quality control, the polishing laboratory and screen printing and already have the relevant experience, so that they can start directly with their new tasks after the familiarization phase.

ILFA is thus following its qualitatively oriented growth strategy and is continuing to invest consistently in personnel and machinery. And if the year is already off to such a good start, it certainly has a lot more to offer. But now we will first make sure that our new colleagues settle in well and get everything they need for their tasks.
