And on it goes: Two new employees for ILFA´s production

The personnel reinforcement of our printed circuit board production is in full swing: For the departments Multilayer and Surface Technology we could win two additional employees, who from now on deeply familiarize themselves with the topic around the printed circuit board. For the initial period, all new employees are assigned a “mentor” for a period of 6 months. The mentor is responsible for imparting the specialist knowledge and for learning the “right moves” on the machines. Of course, the mentor is also the contact person for all other questions and concerns about the job.

These can, of course, be the most diverse questions that are brought to the mentor. Especially when new colleagues have moved in or live further away. “Where can I find a post office nearby, where can I get a good kebab here, or when do the suburban trains leave for the city center?” After all, everyone has started anew at some point, and we know that the initial period in particular is new and unfamiliar, and that good support makes it much easier to get started.

In any case, we wish our new colleagues a successful start at ILFA! And who knows, maybe they will soon become mentors themselves and help new colleagues to find their way around.
