Four new colleagues at the Hanover location

In July 2022, four new colleagues will strengthen the ILFA team at our production site in Hanover. They will start in the purchasing, quality inspection, grinding laboratory and photo and lacquer technology (FLT) departments. The increase in personnel comes at a good time for us, because we always have exciting tasks and a lot to do.

After the first day of work, during which a lot of information and a safety briefing have to be internalised, the actual induction follows. This always follows an individually developed familiarisation plan, which takes into account both the area of assignment and the previous knowledge of the employee and is designed to last six months. During this time, all relevant areas of the company are passed through, all colleagues get to know each other and some ILFA peculiarities are learned. During this time, we hold two intensive feedback meetings to check whether the induction phase is going optimally for everyone involved and whether expectations are being met. We are happy about our new colleagues and wish them a successful start at ILFA!
