Bike leasing at ILFA with BusinessBike
For all ILFA employees, we now offer an attractive opportunity to get a new electric or conventional bicycle. With BusinessBike as a partner, every employee who has successfully passed the probationary period can now choose his or her dream bike and lease it cheaply through ILFA as part of a salary conversion. More than 5,000 bicycle dealers throughout Germany guarantee a huge selection of different bicycles, e-bikes and brands. At every dealer listed as a “BusinessBike dealer”, a bicycle lease can be processed via ILFA. In Hanover and the surrounding area alone, there are far more than 20 specialist dealers who belong to this group. This means that in future our employees can either commute to work in an environmentally friendly way or simply go for a ride more often after their well-earned evening out. Sounds great, doesn’t it?
You don’t know yet whether you need a new bike at all or have never tried an e-bike? Of course, we have an offer for that too: On 03.06.2022, there will be an information event at our premises. On this day, both BusinessBike and the Hanoverian specialist dealer e-motion – Die E-Bike Experten Hannover Südstadt – will have information stands at our premises from 9:00 to 12:00. You will be able to find out about the leasing offer and test a selection of different, current e-bikes directly on site! For all those who are prevented from attending on this day, we are offering an additional online event on bike leasing. On 17.06.2022 you can dial in digitally and ask questions directly to our partner BusinessBike.
Bicycle leasing is one of our new offers from which our employees can benefit. The so-called “company bike” represents a non-cash benefit for the employees, which is taxed via the salary and thereby reduces the calculation basis for taxes and social security contributions. ILFA participates by providing subsidies for the necessary bicycle insurance.
