ILFA welcomes four new trainees

New employees are always welcome at ILFA! For the new training year 2021, four young people will start with us to learn all the skills and knowledge needed either as a machine and plant operator or also as an industrial clerk in the next two to three years.

For our trainees, the start begins with the comprehensive “ILFA onboarding”. Of course, they also get to know their new colleagues and the entire production site in Hannover-Anderten. “It is important to us that everyone has the best possible start at ILFA and receives the support they need,” explains Ismail Uckun, who as training officer will accompany the new junior staff throughout the entire training period. “We are pleased when young people consciously decide to take up a training position with us. There are always exciting tasks and it’s guaranteed never to be boring with us.”
