Final exams passed: ILFA trainees convince with super performances

In mid-June, the time had come: After two years of training and having already passed the written exams, our two apprentices in the training occupation “machine and plant operator with focus on metal and plastics technology” also passed their final oral exams: Both with the grade A! Of course, we are justifiably proud of both of them and congratulate them on their successful entry into professional life. Of course, a lot had to be learned in the last few weeks so that the two could be sent safely into the exam. Our trainer, Peter Schittek, was very adamant about this and kept testing their knowledge and setting tricky tasks.

The oral final examination began at 7.00 a.m., and the excitement of the two young men was already obvious. About four hours later, the tension fell away with the announcement of the very good grades: Pass! After many congratulations from ILFA colleagues and the obligatory photos, the two could go home and celebrate their achievements!

By the way, an apprenticeship at ILFA, whether in the commercial or craft sector, is always worthwhile! The opportunities for advancement and entry are excellent to pursue a sustainable profession in the long term. On our careers page you will always find current training positions, job offers or opportunities for holiday jobs, internships and a dual course of study.
