We rely on a variety of recruiting channels and platforms to fill our vacant positions. One form of recruiting that smaller and medium-sized companies in particular should not ignore is the “employees recruit employees” program. From time to time, we also use this form of recruitment to fill vacant positions in our company.
In July 2022, four new colleagues will strengthen the ILFA team at our production site in Hanover. They will start in the purchasing, quality inspection, grinding laboratory and photo and lacquer technology (FLT) departments. The increase in personnel comes at a good time for us, because we always have exciting tasks and a lot to do.
Sometimes it is not so easy to keep up with our new hires. On 1 June 2022, we at ILFA were once again able to recruit three new colleagues for our production site in Hanover-Anderten. The reinforcement is for our internal sales department and in the production area for the surface technology (OFT) and multilayer departments.
We have done it again: Two new colleagues and three additional colleagues joined our team on March 1, thus increasing our staffing level once again. The reinforcement takes place in the areas of process technology, CAM, FLT, OFT and goods issue.
The personnel reinforcement of our printed circuit board production is in full swing: For the departments Multilayer and Surface Technology we could win two additional employees, who from now on deeply familiarize themselves with the topic around the printed circuit board.
The equipment for our five new colleagues is ready, the onboarding presentation has been updated and fresh coffee is available around the clock anyway. When some of our employees are in a suspiciously good mood in the reception area in the morning, you can already guess: We’re about to welcome new colleagues!
