Three new apprentices start at ILFA as machine and plant operators with a focus on metal and plastics technology

They have been with us for about two weeks now and are slowly settling in: Three young men have started their training with us and are learning everything about the production of complex printed circuit boards. They are gradually passing through all relevant departments, are given their own projects to work on independently and regularly visit the training workshop of our training partner Artemis.

Suitably dressed and full of beans: our three first-year apprentices

With the 2-year training, they are well positioned after graduation. There are many areas of employment in industry and the manufacturing trades. The electrical industry in particular offers excellent future prospects and exciting development opportunities. Our apprentices learn how to operate machines and equipment for the production of a wide variety of printed circuit boards. This also includes reviewing order documents and assembling the necessary materials. Machine maintenance is also part of the programme, as well as process monitoring and quality control of the finished PCBs.

We wish our trainees a successful start and an exciting and successful training period!
