35 years with ILFA: Susanne Manthey

Most of us rarely get to see her, because Susanne Manthey feels very much at home predominantly on the night shift of our surface technology (OFT). She has now been working for ILFA for 35 years and recently celebrated her long anniversary together with her department.

She originally trained as a hairdresser, but gave it up after just a few years to devote herself entirely to printed circuit board technology. We are very happy about this and that is why we celebrated her anniversary in a fitting manner.

In addition to the obligatory certificate and flowers, there is also a cheque for the jubilarians.

4 new trainees start their careers at ILFA

We are delighted to welcome 4 young people to our company for the new training year. 2 young men are learning the profession of machine and plant operator specialising in metal and plastics technology, while the other 2 trainees are being trained as an industrial clerk and an electronics technician for industrial engineering.
