We have done it again: Two new colleagues and three additional colleagues joined our team on March 1, thus increasing our staffing level once again. The reinforcement takes place in the areas of process technology, CAM, FLT, OFT and goods issue.

The personnel reinforcement of our printed circuit board production is in full swing: For the departments Multilayer and Surface Technology we could win two additional employees, who from now on deeply familiarize themselves with the topic around the printed circuit board.
The equipment for our five new colleagues is ready, the onboarding presentation has been updated and fresh coffee is available around the clock anyway. When some of our employees are in a suspiciously good mood in the reception area in the morning, you can already guess: We’re about to welcome new colleagues!
The new year has started well and after everyone has shouted the obligatory “Happy New Year” to each other, we could also devote ourselves to our daily tasks again. This year, too, we have set ourselves ambitious goals. Well over 1,000 companies, including the most valuable brands in Germany, have spoken out in favor of vaccination as part of a nationwide campaign and together set an example. All participating companies have revised their logos and slogans to include a clear “Yes” to Corona vaccination protection.
For a more efficient supply of electricity and heat, ILFA has invested in a new combined heat and power plant (CHP) at its production site in Hanover Anderten. The new CHP has an electrical output of 250 KW and a thermal output of 321 KW.
